There comes a time in our lives, when even after getting the
right amount of sleep and rest we feel tired. We always have a number of things
to do, and have finish doing them on time. School exams and traffic jams, deadlines
can leave us feeling exhausted. But finding some simple ways, which are
convenient, can help us bounce back and feel refreshed.
Here are twelve different ways:
Finding a quite place: Sometimes we get so tired, listening to the unnecessary, noise around us-the unwanted construction noise, or unnecessary vehicle horns, which can leave us feeling tired. Finding a nice quite place, and trying to breathe can help us recharge.
Taking a foot-bath: Soaking our feet for ten to fifteen
minutes in warm water, applying a good amount of moisturizer, after spending
long hours at work, and wearing comfortable foot wear, will helps us relax and
keeps our feet hydrated.
Drinking enough water: Drinking the right amount of water,
during the day keeps us hydrated. Water keeps us active and fit. Try drinking
coconut water, for a change.
Green tea: Drinking a nice warm cup of green or herbal tea,
or a nice hot cup of hot chocolate, can be very comforting.
Taking a power nap: Taking a quick power nap, whenever
possible helps us rejuvenate and feel good. A quick 30-40 minute powernap ,
does help a lot.
Face wash: Washing your face a couple times a day, keeps
your skin feeling fresh, clean and helps your skin glow.
Eat fruit: Fruit contains a good amount of fiber, a good
bowl of fruit, is very refreshing, it gives me the required energy, needed to
bounce back.
Get the morning sun: Getting the morning sun, and going for an
early morning walk, often helps us feel refreshed. Keeps you lively.
Moisturize and feel good: Our skin needs the required
nourishment-taking good care of our skin is very essential. Using a good moisturizer, which suits our skin, helps us take care of the dry skin. This helps us keep your skin hydrated and
refreshed.
Do something different: This works all the time, try
something very exciting, like following a hobby, playing music or listening to
relaxing music, this can help uplift our mood.
Getting a head massage: A good head massage, helps us relax and unwind, it nourishes our hair, making it smooth.
Take a relaxing shower: Using a few drops of aromatic oil, while
taking a nice relaxing shower, will help you sleep better and relax.
