If having little children around: While inviting families with toddlers or little babies, arrange for an changing area in the bathroom, or having an old bed sheet around with some old newspapers or some disposable bags around is a good and convenient way to keep things organized. Adding a garbage bag to the dustbin in the bathroom helps solve unwanted trouble.

Having hand napkins around: Hand napkins come in very handy, with babies and little children. Sometimes elderly parents also like using a hand napkins to wipe their hands instead of using facial tissues at the party.

Arranging for water: Keeping a water jug and a couple of glasses along with the water jug in a convenient place saves time- this way people can fill their own glass of water.
