I have always been an early riser, from my childhood. Since I started going to school, I have been used to waking up early. Our school would begin at 7:30 am every morning, we would have to reach school by 7:15 am. This good habit has helped me achieve more. Although we all would all love to sleep in longer and would like to enjoy the extended amount of rest. But for me rising up early has been very beneficial.
Helped me learn difficult topics: I would study the most difficult topics by waking up early, while studying at school, this helped me learn and understand the difficult topics better. waking up after a good nights sleep, also helped me remember things better while studying and this was very beneficial and helped me gain better grades.
Self development: I always have been very goal oriented, the peaceful mornings helped me plan things better, and achieve good results, as self development is something we all need to work at throughout our lives. Waking up early gives me the required time needed to chalk out my goals, short term as well as long term.
It has taught me self discipline: Self disciple is very essential to achieve good results, and increase productivity. The many benefits of waking up early has encouraged me and has to maintain this good habit.
Time management: Time management is very essential in this fast paced world for achieving better results. Waking up early helps us manage time better and and provides us the required time needed to work at things in a better way. It helps you finish your work on time leaving us some extra time, and does not keep things rushed.
Waking up early has helped me work at my weaknesses: I did have some weaknesses, and really was eager to work on those-still keep working on those, waking up early gives me the time required to work in these areas.
Leaning new things: Waking up early has helped me learn new things, as I like learning new things, I love to work on areas I have never read about of never had the time to learn. This way I get to spend enough time needed to learn new ways, and methods.
It helped me get some ME TIME.
It helped me enjoy natural beauty.
It helped me be thankful for all that I have received.
It gives me time to meditate and relax.
It gives me time to exercise.
It keeps me fresh.
It helps me go to sleep on time and for the needed amount of hours.
It helps me finish all my work on time, giving me some extra time to do other things.
