I believe
in change and especially if it helps me perform better sometimes its just a few
good habits that help us do just that and it sure is worth the effort.
A good morning walk helps us perform better:
Morning walk is one such good habit, which helps us perform better. Including
morning walk in my daily routine was surely was not something, which was very
easily attainable, I would always have a reason to avoid waking up early or come up with a reason to avoid the morning walk. But once it became a habit which certainly took more than a month surely did help me in many
ways. Morning walk helps me rise early, it has helps me clear my mind and plan my day
better, and helps me spend sometime enjoying nature. While taking the morning walk I often get to watch the sun rise
every morning and also get to hear the birds chirping early in the mornings.
Exercise helps us stay active:
Almost everyone loves to exercise. It keeps us active and improves flexibility. It gives us the right amount of stamina to perform our day-to-day
activities easily. Managing some time during the week and making sure we take some time to exercise helps us remain active and fit. This good habit keeps us healthy.
Meditation helps us relax :
Meditation has its own benefits; it helps us relax and helps us concentrate
better. Including it in our daily routine can be a challenge but it sure is
worth the effort. Mediation helps us relax
and it surely helps us perform better and makes life worth living to the fullest.
Getting some 'Me Time' is essential: Getting some me time or some time out is essential as this helps us clear out thoughts it also gives us some time to reflect
back and work on our goals-short term as well as long term. Taking some time during the week and doing a few things we enjoy doing keeps us happy and helps us relax. Simple things like just enjoying a good cup of green tea, or just getting a home pedicure which is not very time consuming, helps us relax.
Take time
away from electronic gadgets: In the modern world electronic gadgets seem to
rule our lives, we are constantly checking emails and constantly looking for
updates. Keeping some time aside during the day away from these electronic devices
like and spending sometime either enjoying a good walk in
the park or enjoying the sunset from the balcony helps us feel good.
Sleeping
on time: Most times after a long day at work we end up watching
an interesting television show. We tend to stay up late and compromise
on our sleep, but getting the right amount of sleep is essential and needed as
it helps us perform better and gives us the needed rest especially after a long
day at work.
Including
fruits in our daily diet: Fruit is very refreshing, and contain natural
vitamins. Fruits act as energy boosters and provide us the necessary energy
needed. Including two to four servings of fruit in our diet gives us the
required energy needed to attend to our daily activities. Having a bowl of fresh watermelon or grapes for snack is often very refreshing.
Few good habits help us perform better keep us healthy and happy!
